All our products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Product descriptions, images, and sizes are provided as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or production processes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or description.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

UK delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International delivery: 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
5. Returns & Refunds

As products are made to order, we only accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report an issue, including clear photos.

Approved returns or replacements will be processed in partnership with our production facility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
6. Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible.

If you need to request a change, contact us immediately.
7. Liability

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control (including strikes, postal delays, customs delays, or natural disasters).
