2. Products & Orders

• All our products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

• Product descriptions, images, and sizes are provided as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or production processes.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or description.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

• We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

• UK delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• International delivery: 5–12 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

5. Returns & Refunds

• As products are made to order, we only accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report an issue, including clear photos.

• Approved returns or replacements will be processed in partnership with our production facility.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

6. Cancellations

• Orders go into production quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible.

• If you need to request a change, contact us immediately.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control (including strikes, postal delays, customs delays, or natural disasters).

• Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Discipline Disciple and may not be reproduced without permission.
