At Discipline Disciple, every item is made to order. This means we avoid waste, focus on quality, and create products that are fresh from production but it also means orders aren’t sent instantly from a warehouse.

 

Production Times

• All products are printed, embroidered, or sewn to order by our fulfilment partner.

• Standard production time is 2–5 business days before dispatch.

• Larger orders or seasonal demand (e.g. Christmas) may take longer and we’ll always keep you informed if there’s a delay.

 

Shipping Rates & Times

United Kingdom

• Standard Shipping: £4.95

• Delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

International (Rest of the World)

• Standard Shipping: £12.95

• Delivery time: 5–12 business days after dispatch

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.

 

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages depending on where they’re produced. This is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
