We want you to be happy with your Discipline Disciple gear. Every item is made to order by our production partner, so we encourage you to double-check sizes and product details before purchasing.

 
Our Returns Policy
  • Returns window: You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Made to order: Because items are produced specifically for you, we can only accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products - not for change of mind or ordering the wrong size.

  • Sizing issues: Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. If you receive an item that doesn’t match the sizing chart, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  2. We will handle the claim with our production partner.

  3. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange for a free replacement or full refund.

How the Process Works
  • You contact us. You never have to speak to our production partner directly.

  • We submit the issue to our partner, who will review and approve the replacement or refund.

  • You’ll be kept informed throughout, and we’ll send new tracking details if a replacement is sent.

Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Note:
In some cases, a return may need to be sent directly to our partner’s fulfilment centre. We’ll confirm the correct return address during the process. Please do not send items anywhere until instructed.
